Subprocessors
Third-party providers used to host, secure, and operate Outlivo.
This page lists the main third-party providers that may process customer or account data when Outlivo is used in the normal course of business. The list may change as infrastructure or vendors change.
Database and persistence
- Supabase: managed PostgreSQL, database tooling, and related data infrastructure.
Payments
- Razorpay: checkout, payment authorization, capture, refunds, disputes, and related transaction metadata.
Operational email
- Configured SMTP provider: password resets and product notices are sent through the transactional SMTP provider configured for the service at the time.
Customer-controlled sending providers
Campaign delivery uses the SMTP provider that each customer connects to their own workspace. Those providers are selected and controlled by the customer rather than by Outlivo.
Notes
- Not every provider listed here will process every category of data.
