Operator and service scope

Outlivo is operated by Pradhumn Pawar as an independent software operator and sole proprietor in Maharashtra, India.

Pradhumn Pawar provides Outlivo as a Independent software operator and sole proprietor. Business and legal notices may be sent to outlivo.tech@gmail.com with a notice address of Maharashtra, India.

Outlivo is a software service for outbound campaigns, Gmail API outreach delivery, message sequencing, follow-ups, and operator controls. Outlivo does not send campaign emails from its own servers; users connect their own Gmail accounts using the Gmail API to send outreach.

Custom SMTP campaign sending and custom domain sending are currently disabled or unavailable. Outlivo is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that your campaigns comply with local or international laws.

Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, if acting for a business, have authority to bind that business.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping credentials secure.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your campaigns, connected inboxes, recipient lists, and the messages sent through your workspace.
• You must ensure you have a lawful basis (or consent, where required by law) to contact every recipient in your campaigns.

Outreach and spam compliance

• You must not use Outlivo for spam, phishing, scams, fraud, illegal activity, misleading identity, harassment, malware, or abuse.
• You must not upload or send to purchased, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.
• You must comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, Google Workspace terms, and Gmail program policies.
• You must provide a clear, valid sender identity and a functioning, managed method for recipients to opt out of future communications.

Plans, billing, and beta terms

Outlivo offers fixed-term subscription plans (monthly or yearly) and may offer a temporary free beta program:

• Lite Plan: $9/month, supports 1 Gmail inbox, 50 emails/day cap, 1 active campaign, Gmail API sending only, sequencing, and follow-ups.

• Starter Plan: $19/month, supports 2 Gmail inboxes, 250 emails/day cap, unlimited campaigns, Gmail API sending, and warmup functionality.

• Free Beta: If you are participating in a temporary free beta, it is limited to select beta seats and grants Lite Plan access only (which may be capped lower, for example 25 emails/day). The Starter Plan is unavailable or marked 'coming soon' during the free beta period.

Unless specified otherwise at checkout, subscriptions do not auto-renew and access ends when the term expires. Payments may be processed via optional integrations like Razorpay. Refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Customer content and data access

You retain ownership of all data, templates, and contacts you upload. You grant Outlivo a limited license to host, transmit, and process this data solely to provide and support the service.

Outlivo accesses your Gmail data via the Gmail API only to transmit campaigns as requested by you. We do not sell your Gmail data, and we do not use your Gmail data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The service relies on Google/Gmail APIs, hosting infrastructure, and payment processors. Availability is subject to the performance and terms of these third parties.

Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we detect high bounce rates, spam complaints, suspected abuse, payment chargebacks, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Account termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid term except where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability limits

• The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee inbox placement, reply rates, or legal compliance. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the user.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlivo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Outlivo's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific paid term giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
