How Outlivo collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data.
Outlivo is a software service for email outreach, campaign management, Gmail inbox connection, and account administration. This policy explains how we handle your personal data and campaign details, and how we comply with Google API requirements.

Gmail API and User Data Policy compliance
Outlivo accesses your Gmail account only through secure Google OAuth authentication. We do not store your Google account password.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we enforce the following restrictions on Google user data:
• We access, process, and transmit Gmail data (such as headers, subject lines, message bodies, and recipient addresses) only to provide, run, and support user-requested cold email campaign features.
• We do not sell, rent, or lease Gmail user data to any third party.
• We do not use Gmail user data to serve advertisements, or for profiling, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral marketing.
• We do not allow humans to read Gmail user data unless: (a) we have your explicit consent for specific email logs during debugging; (b) it is necessary for security reasons (such as abuse prevention); (c) it is required to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data has been fully aggregated and anonymized for internal analytics.
Other personal data we collect
- Account data: Name, email address, password hash, workspace settings, and active plan details.
- Campaign data: Recipient lists, email templates, message sequences, delivery status, and click/open metrics.
- Billing data: Plan tier, subscription terms, payment status, Razorpay transaction metadata (excluding raw credit card details).
- Technical logs: IP address, user-agent, session states, and diagnostic records to keep the platform secure.
How we share personal data
- We share data with infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, databases, transactional email tools) only to run the service.
- We share billing metadata with our payment processor (Razorpay) to verify and manage paid access.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not participate in third-party tracking networks for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you the service.
If you request account deletion by emailing us at support, we will delete or anonymize your campaign histories, connected inbox credentials, and contact data within 30 days, subject to standard backup cycles and legally mandated record-keeping obligations (such as tax invoices).
Data security and subprocessors
We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS, and OAuth credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.

Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and browser local storage for user authentication, security, and remembering workspace settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. More information can be found in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights and regional privacy laws
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to processing, or delete your personal data.

- If you are targeting recipients in the EU, EEA, UK, or other regions with active privacy laws, you are the Data Controller of that recipient data, and Outlivo is the Data Processor. You are responsible for ensuring a valid lawful basis for your outreach.
