Anti-Spam & Email Sending Policy
Our guidelines for keeping outreach clean, high-deliverability, and compliant.
Outlivo is an outbound outreach platform. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for spam, abusive sending, and compliance violations to protect recipient networks and maintain inbox deliverability.
What we define as spam
We define spam as unsolicited bulk email, phishing attempts, fraudulent messages, scams, or any outbound email sent without a lawful basis or consent.
Even if your outreach is business-to-business (B2B), it must comply with regional communication laws and the guidelines set out below.
List sourcing and verification
- No purchased lists: You must not send emails to lists bought, rented, or leased from third parties.
- No bulk web scraping: You must not compile list directories using automated web scrapers where contacts have not expressed a legitimate interest.
- Verification required: We strongly recommend cleaning and verifying your recipient email lists before importing them into Outlivo to prevent high hard bounces.
Gmail and Workspace compliance
Since Outlivo operates via the Gmail API, all sending activity is subject to Google's policies.
To protect your deliverability and maintain platform compliance, Outlivo programmatically enforces reputation safeguards:
• Bounce Rate: Keep your overall bounce rate below 5%. A daily bounce rate of 5% or higher triggers automated dashboard warnings. A rate of 8% or higher will result in the automatic pausing of all campaigns to protect your domain.
• Spam Complaint Rate: Recipient spam reports should be kept below 0.1% for Google Workspace health. Inside Outlivo, a complaint rate of 0.2% or higher triggers automated warnings, and a rate of 1.0% or higher results in the automatic pausing of campaigns.
• Opt-out mechanisms: Every commercial email must include a clear, easy-to-use method for recipients to opt out (such as an unsubscribe link or explicit reply instructions) that you honor immediately.
Prohibited content and messaging
- Do not use misleading subject lines, fake header info, or falsified sender names.
- Do not promote illegal services, scams, financial fraud, pyramid schemes, or unregistered regulated goods.
- Do not include malware links, tracking redirects designed to bypass security filters, or phishing forms.
Enforcement and warnings
If our deliverability systems detect bounce rates or spam complaints exceeding safety thresholds, or if we receive direct abuse reports at outlivo.tech@gmail.com, we will take immediate action.
This action may include warning the workspace, locking active campaigns, disabling inbox connections, or terminating the account immediately without eligibility for a refund.
