Google API Services User Data Policy compliance

Our application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We comply with all required security and privacy guidelines to protect your connected inboxes.

Data access and feature delivery

• We request only the minimum OAuth permissions required to programmatically send email campaigns and track delivery status (such as reading message IDs or checking bounces).
• We access Gmail user data solely to execute the outreach and follow-up sequences you configure in your workspace.
• We do not retrieve or store your inbox's personal email history that is unrelated to campaigns sent via Outlivo.

Data sharing and non-sale policies

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your Gmail API tokens or data to third parties.
• We do not use Gmail data to serve ads, build profiles, or target marketing campaigns.
• Gmail data is never transferred to external platforms except to execute user-requested integrations or under strict subprocessor compliance agreements.

Human access restrictions

Human access to Gmail data is strictly prohibited within Outlivo, except when:

• You explicitly request technical support and provide consent to inspect error logs.

• It is required for security forensics or system abuse investigations.

• It is necessary to comply with applicable laws or court orders.
