Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled.
Outlivo sells fixed-term subscription access (Lite and Starter). If you participate in our temporary free beta, no charges apply. This page outlines the circumstances under which refunds or billing adjustments may be issued.
General policy
Paid plans (monthly and yearly fixed-term access) are non-refundable once the billing term has started and features have been provisioned to your account. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused periods or early cancellation.
Eligibility for refunds
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors caused by Outlivo or our payment processor (such as Razorpay).
- Technical issues that completely prevent you from sending campaigns, which are verified by our team and could not be resolved within 5 business days of reporting.
- Mandatory requirements under applicable consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction.
Beta exclusions
Accounts on the Free Beta program do not pay subscription fees and are therefore not eligible for any financial refunds or cash equivalents.
If the Starter plan is marked 'coming soon' or disabled in your region, no advance payments are collected for it, and no pre-purchase refunds apply.
How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, email outlivo.tech@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Please include the payment receipt, transaction ID, account email, and a brief description of the issue. We review all requests within 7 business days.
