Refund Policy

How refunds, billing corrections, and payment disputes are handled.

Outlivo sells fixed-term access. This page explains the limited cases where refunds or billing corrections may be available.

General refund position

Paid terms are generally non-refundable once access has been provisioned or the paid term has started, except where local law requires a different result.

When a refund or correction may be available

  • A duplicate charge or obvious billing mistake.
  • A payment-processing error attributable to us or our provider.
  • A verified technical issue that prevented initial paid access from being provisioned and could not be cured within a reasonable period.
  • A remedy that is otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-refundable situations

  • Partial use or non-use of a fixed access term.
  • Cancellation after paid access has already started, unless a different rule applies under local law.
  • Mailbox-provider issues, campaign results, inbox placement outcomes, or legal/compliance problems caused by customer data, content, or sending choices.

How to request review

Email outlivo.tech@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include the payment date, amount, plan, and any relevant order or payment identifier so the issue can be investigated.
